1) We need to be able to see the date that their membership is up for renewal in our CSV export. We also manage our membership through IG, so we need an easy way to know when to remove members.

2) LEGALLY, some states require you to give a 30-60day notice that they are up for renewnal for annual basis, so helps us not break the law :)

It is a huge operational strain for us to do this manually. As we would need to update every time they change a membership.

This loop makes us create another Zap trigger, and we are already low on our allocation because of all of the connections we've already had to make — sending welcome emails, updating a CRM etc — so I'd love to try and save here.

3) Plan B we would manually calculate it as we zap the member out of memberstack as another field. however, we will have a problem if they change their membership.

4) Display the date that their membership is up for renewal in our CSV export and in the dashboard.
