1) The problem → Better understand users. I want to understand why users cancel.
2) Why is this important → To see if I can avoid cancellation before it happens. I guess you internally decided why it was important to build for Memberstack. I imagine most of the same reasons will apply for your customers.
3) What's your plan B → Email users after they cancel.
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → V similar to what you have already built for memberstack would be a great start.

Update: I created a cloneable cancellation formthat which should solve this problem for most users. You'll need to hide the cancellation button in the profile modal, and add this form to your website.

This is super important to us too.
Also having the ability to modify this modal as well. A common thing that we have to do is remind everyone when ever canceling what that actually means. For an example, if they cancel off of a discount, it will not be available again if they choose to come back.
