1) The problem → Better understand users. I want to understand why users cancel.
2) Why is this important → To see if I can avoid cancellation before it happens. I guess you internally decided why it was important to build for Memberstack. I imagine most of the same reasons will apply for your customers.
3) What's your plan B → Email users after they cancel.
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → V similar to what you have already built for memberstack would be a great start.
