1) The problem → I need to switch platforms and I don't want my members to have to reset their passwords.
2) Why is this important → It feels like you might be intentionally making this difficult for me. It's important to me that I'm always in control of my product and user base. It's important to the UX of my product, and the regularity of my revenue. I'm concern I'll see a spike of downgrades if I prompt everyone to set new passwords.
3) What's your plan B → Export everything else and ask people to change their password on login. Or tell everyone to reset their password.
4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Let me export the hashed passwords so it's still secure, but so that I'm able to import them into my next provider/custom application.
