Feature Requests

1) The problem → Password reset emails are coming from a Memberstack email address. 2) Why is this important → The current template looks scammy to my visitors due to it being an unknown email address and in a language, they do not expect. 3) What's your plan B → Although there are a lot of things that I really like about Memberstack, this is kind of a dealbreaker to me which is forcing me to look at possible alternatives. 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → I would like to white label all Memberstack emails to my clients (ie password reset), so it looks like the email is sent from my domain in stead of Memberstack

1) The problem → We want to use Memberstack as an identity provider to give our members access across the tools or platforms we use. Eg: If they login to our website via Memberstack, then we also want them to access our community forum. 2) Why is this important → Helps ensure that end users have a seamless experience between various platforms & tools we're using. 3) What's your plan B → Build it ourself, or not have the feature. 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → SSO integration — let Memberstack be the identity provider for various services.

1) I use Stripe (which has an integration with iDeal payments) but Memberstack does not. 2) This is important because credit cards are not used a lot in Europe. My customers either don't have them or aren't willing to use them. 3) My current workaround is making separate invoices for clients that need this. 4) Please enable iDeal payments w/ Stripe.

1) The problem → I have multiple types of users, and some of them should not be able to update their email address. 2) Why is this important → They could do something inconvenient or malicious. 3) What's your plan B → Manually hide the feature so less tech savvy users can't access it. 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Let me disable email update functionality for a particular group of members.

1) The problem → Need the ability to change which plan a member is assigned to via the API. 2) Why is this important → Our application relies on this ability, we have too many members and memberships to have to manually do this from the dashboard every day. 3) What's your plan B → We don't have one right now. 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Having the API call in test/beta form would be huge.

1) The problem → Your Ui's are okay, but they don't match the overall look and feel of my site. Colors, fonts, spacing, shadow, borders, etc. The wording is a bit off. For example, we don't use "Memberships" or "Members." There are some features I just don't need like the "Membership" tab in the profile. 2) Why is this important → These UI's are important to the user experience of my app. 3) Plan B → Override the colors, copy, and features using hacky CSS. Which, is going to break as soon as you update your code. 4) Possible solutions → Build these configurations right into the dashboard so I can make changes that won't randomly break one day.

Like Zapier

1) The problem → I want to create my own custom OAuth integration, but there's only an option to add Circle. (What is it: OAuth uses authorization tokens to prove an identity between members and web applications. OAuth is an authentication protocol that allows you to approve one application interacting with another on your behalf without giving away your password.) 2) Why is this important → I want my members to be able to log into my web application or a 3rd party application with their Memberstack credentials. 3) What's your plan B → ? 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Make it possible to add custom OAuth integrations that aren't with Cricle.

Hey team, since Google Pay is already supported by Stripe, if it's going to be simple to activate it onto the MS payment modal, that would be an extremely valuable addition! Limited payment options for customers. Google Pay is very widely supported across the world. In many countries (like India) people hardly pull out their card anymore - they use Google Pay because it's so much faster. It is actually becoming the difference between a sale and a drop-off. Plan B is to tell customers that it’s coming soon and to bare with us as we only support credit/debit right now. Just enable Google Pay at Checkout. Stripe already supports it.

1) The problem → I hear from the customer to pay using Apple Pay. 2) Why is this important → I want to support the payment gateways my customers want to use. 3) What's your plan B → To build a custom app with apple pay integration. 4) Possible solutions we could build for you → Please enable apple pay through Stripe or another payment gateway.
